We do not accept complaints related to the Road Traffic Law (e.g., aggressive driving, being almost run over by a cab, etc.) or civil matters (e.g., fare refunds, etc.).
Vehicles subject to complaints are limited to those with offices in the 23 wards of Tokyo, Musashino City, and Mitaka City.
Contact after receiving a complaint under the actual name will be made by phone only.

It takes about two weeks to investigate a complaint with the actual name of the complainant.
