Tokyo Taxi Center accepts complaints and requests via the Internet in order to improve service and convenience for our customers.
Customers who have ridden in taxis with offices in the 23 wards of Tokyo, Musashino City, and Mitaka City,

  • (1)Those who have complaints about customer service or fares.
  • (2)Customers who have complaints about being denied a ride after applying for one or being dropped off in the middle of a ride.
  • (3)Those who have requests or opinions about taxis.

Lost property inquiries (radio base station list)

Please contact the taxi provider listed on the receipt if you left an item behind in the taxi and you still have your receipt.

If you do not know who your taxi provider was, please file a report at your nearest police station or police box (koban). In addition, please direct any inquiries about items left behind in taxis to the following radio base stations.
