Submit a complaint
To submit a complaint, you must agree to the below terms.
- We cannot handle complaints that involve the Road Traffic Act or civil cases.
- We can only accept complaints concerning taxis with offices in the 23 special wards of Tokyo, Musashino City, or Mitaka City.
- It will take approximately two weeks for the accepted complaints to be reviewed.
- You must provide your name and contact details (personal information will be used only for the purposes of reviewing the complaint).
- Complaints will only be accepted from those who have actually used one of our taxis (or attempted to use one of our taxis).
- All follow-up contact will be made via phone.
