At Tokyo Taxi Center, we accept online complaints in order to improve our customer service and convenience.
Please follow the onscreen instructions and access the complaints form if you have ridden (or tried to ride) a taxi with an office in the special designated areas of Tokyo (the 23 Special Wards, Musashino City, and Mitaka City) and were refused a ride or made to disembark before you reached your destination, or if you have ridden a taxi and would like to submit an opinion about customer service or pricing.

※Telephone inquiries are accepted from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and December 29th to January 3rd).
Please contact the taxi provider listed on the receipt if you left an item behind in the taxi and you still have your receipt.
If you do not know who your taxi provider was, please file a report at your nearest police station or police box (koban). In addition, please direct any inquiries about items left behind in taxis to the following radio base stations.
